I works based on the fact that you're looking at the screen in this case. Head tracking is much more efficient and easy.

Your eyes would probably end up more muscular than you arms lol. Too much strain on the eyes though. When i look up it already strains my eyes. Would be cool if this was added in FPS games though.

But as everyone else said; it's cool for some kind of tech demo. Cause too much eye strain, though. Head tracking would be a lot better, imo. Tilt your head left to run left, right to run right, and nod for jumping.
