I think it may have been a placeholder email whilst they built the site. When I mailed their QQ it didn't bounce back... But that was within minutes after it being posted.
As for the qq mail I've not had a reply from them since I sent it a mail on the 23/03/2014.

I'm starting to get the impression it was a bit of an elaborate hoax, no real contact info or news from them, the second site seems like it's just phishing emails or something

Be careful, www.evo-3ds.com is a fake website (look the cards, only www.evo3ds.com is written above).
Othewise, never pay for an EVO card before this one was officialy release.
