Hacking exFat->Fat32 on sxos. now install fail and titles won't start

So I was using SX OS emuNAND on my switch, and exFAT 512GB Samsung microSD

• Used homebrew. Got a corrupt start on a title
  
  
• Decided now time to switch to FAT32
  
  
• Copied all data from microSD -> external drive
  
  
• Format microSD using Gui Format and set it to FAT32 with 32xxx allocation size
  
  
• Copied data from external drive -> microSD
  
  
• Issues upon issues. :
  
  • Installed titles won't start, gives error: Unable to start software. Return to the HOME Menu and try again.
    
    
  • Album install won't install, gives error 00000805
    

What should I do? I transferred about 300GB worth of installs. I'm willing to delete and reinstall, but it won't let me.

If you have data corruption on SD, then copy to external and back is useless - data are corrupted. Reformat and start from scratch.

Did you check to see if the SD card is real or not?
