ROM Hack Export GBA Game Music as .s with sappy?

So, I know sappy can export to a MIDI, but how do I export it as a .S? I need to do this because I don't want to go through the trouble of exporting a MIDI from a clean GBA ROM and then converting it to a .S and making it loop when I accidentally mess up by inserting the wrong song into my ROM hack, or when I prefer the original song better.

You can't export it as an .s file from Sappy, you need Mid2Agb which takes your .mid and gives you an .s
