Homebrew Suggestion Export List of Switch Updates and DLC List ?

Hi Everyone,

Just thinking if there is any ways to export an actual list of updates and dlc that are installed in the switch ?
CDNSP did it with a folder scan before ...
I know that there is SDTool that need an actual backup and can extract.

The final goal of this is to be able to know if there is updates/dlc available to download

I'm no programmer, the only thing I know well is VBA from Office, So I ask here if there is any way to
- On Switch : Launch a NRO that made that list of DLC ad Updates actual in switch.
- on PC : Read that file and check online if it's available or not (discord bot ?)

Stargate NX do the job but trial is expiring today.

I Hope someone will recognize this usefull and decide to start something

on xbox 360 there was something like that where we could download title updates from directly in the custom dashboard options
but there was no dlc download option

Now that StargateNX trial is closed, I launched it again and saw that the tabs are gone.

Any dev that can to this ?

To sum up :

Switch --> Extract game list or a file with (game-version-dlc)
Tool or wesite or something to compare the list with request bot for example
Point Out the updates that are available

?

Edit : Saw it on discord, there is a Tinfoil Modified called HBG.
It have a beautiful theme by the way and do the same thing as stargate
