Hardware EZFlash 3-in-1 & WoodR4 Question

So I have an original R4 with WoodR4 installed, and an EZFlash 3-in-1. Now I've figured out how to use them together mostly, but one problem is I started Fire Emblem in SRAM and got to chapter 9 with it saving. Then I figured I would transfer the game to NOR to make my life easier. Except this is a different save which I can't locate. So my question is, how do you transfer saves to and from NOR memory?
I already lost my Mother 3 save because I didn't realise overwriting NOR would get rid of its save file D:

I haven't used wood R4 in a while, but it is basicaly the same as AKAIO, so the method should be the same. In AKAIO, you get to the slot2 settings screen and manually dump the save by pressing "Y". Here is a picture where and what you press to dump the save manually, it should be the same in woodR4.

I still use GBA ExpLoader, so I can manually dump the save or load a save at any time I need.
