Hacking GBA Failed Bootloader recovery EZ flash omega drive

So, yesterday I entered safe mode by accident on my EZ flash omega drive and clicked the update loader so my loader got re-written by an empty file. I tried to write the loader data using a hex editor, following a tutorial that was posted on this forum, but it wasn't working for me and in the process, I accidentally formatted the sd card. So now every time I insert the cartridge, I just get a white Gameboy screen. I tried putting all of the contents back into the sd card and flashing the omega recovery image but to no avail. Is there any way to fix this?

There is no Nintendo logo when I turn it on. So I have to replace the crystal oscillator?

If you can reach the dealer and the card still in the one year after the purchase. I suggest you contact dealer for replacement at first. If the above conditions do not exist, then consider self-repair.
