Oh please!!!! No, its fake. Do not believe about PS4 jailbreak at youtube as well.

I think the only PS4 known exploits require a PS4 v1.76 and up to v2.01.
All CFW or exploit on newer version are fake.

I don't think there is actually a CFW(which can be updated from USB, Disk, etc.) released though? Even though it is possible to jailbreak, I don't think it will be easy,
