Gaming Fall 2008 update?

I found a leaked fall 2008 update(from E3)..is it safe to install(no ban from LIVE)? or should I wait for lego batman(as seen in E3 vid,it has fall update)
EDIT: You seem to burn it to a DVD...update popup shows up with DVD in(non modded 360 elite)...not updating until I get answer)

you require a downgrade to 1888 kernel to install it, oh and that is limited to xenon boards that havent been repaired recently

What makes you think Lego Batman has the fall update? That's highly doubtful. They were probably playing the game on a system that had the update already.

As I have read, the beta update is extremely buggy and you can't do much with it anyways. Just wait until it comes out like everybody.

Don't even touch the beta of the update. It is useless and very buggy

and like akuma said i think they were playing LEGO batman. I don't think Game discs come with dashboard updates.

Wrong chump. Fall goes from September 22 til December 21. Like I said, this update will be released in December, just like it was last year
