Gaming FF3 Help

Ok im stuck in FF3 i need to mini myself to get to Tozus but i cant get there or mini myself why ?

Look ~4 threads down. It might have the answer.

Use mini on your whole party, walk around the southern forest towards the western edge, you will suddenly go into the town (if you are mini'd).

you get mini from the guy on that hill next to the town.
