Did I say that they are going to wake up and ship? Why the big whine from some.. Oh no fans celebrating the day they projected getting shipping started to retailers. How is it a shitpost I asked a relevant question just stated times are nearer.

Jees...TX is starting to ship. Atmosphere has rom hacks working. Excitement and anticipation should be expected.

I agree but unfortunately some are more interested in trying to sound clever.. or elitist (others end up looking daft forgetting timezones) instead of actually showing passion or interest for a new product.

Some prefer restraint till it's in their hands, good for them. Let others geek out and enjoy the anticipation.

Exactly.. having an emu system where I can go from playing *for example* Soul Reaver in handheld mode while at the doctor to just popping it in the dock and playing it at home is exactly what I want from my second switch.

Well you kind've already have that to some extent on the Switch, with the RetroArch LibNX Ports not all systems are fully supported yet, but a lot of work is being put into porting over cores, and making them as stable as possble for the end user, and some users are even adding their own flare in the way of Border Art for instance.

Personally, I'd love to see both PPSSPP ported, and eventually Dolphin as well, preferably at full speed with sound, that would make the Switch the definative portable emulation machine IMO.

I've been keeping eyes on it, but the Retroarch issue with SNES games not saving will -always- annoy me to no end, and since most of emulators don't really have sound yet. But I'm keeping eyes on it.

With regards to console emulation. What surprised me the most was seeing Sega Saturn running. I understand it is a tough system to emulate and possibly might stay at proof of concept. If it somehow runs playable with sound then definitely revisiting Guardian Heroes, Dragon Force and Panzer Dragoon Saga!

Yeah, I never played the Sega Saturn myself, it's way before my time, but I'd love to see it get some more support too, if for anything then to preseve a bit of history for those who enjoy it's catalog of games.

Um...SNES already works on 5.1...i've been playing Killer Instinct, Donkey Kong Country and UMK3 a lot on it...granted, it's the Retroarch version, but it still works
