ROM Hack FitX and Sm4shCommand makes Specials "Unusable" on 3DS

I've used both FitX and Sm4shCommand to try and edit Shulk's moveset, but whenever I do, his specials become unusable. They become invisible and they don't attack. Airslash doesn't go any distance upward or attack, Backslash doesn't attack but Shulk still falls regularly, and Vision doesn't activate. The Monado Arts are the only thing that continue to work after the editing. Are there any fixes to this? I'm using FitX v0.77 and Sm4shCommand v1.3.0. I also use the FitX Helper for the 3DS Endianness.
