Hacking Games with "??????"

Well, i ve installed a hb on my wii and it worked all flawlessly. The only problem i have is when i try and get some game to play through usb, it loads up normally but menus and stuff are all like "????????" , Theres nothing written there but interrogation letters instead. What should I do?
- My wii is japanese
- Ive already tried the any region homebrew but the ?????? Are still there

Wrong region. Those are characters in an incompatible language. It would help if you were more specific, like what titles, what loader, etc.

I see, i was thinking like if there is a way to install a language package or something onto the wii... The game i m trying to run is donkey kong country returns.

Why use an out of region console for that? DKC is available for all regions.
