Browse GBAtemp from your mobile phone!

GBAtemp Mobile allows mobile phone users to access the GBAtemp Forums live from their mobile! Designed for Opera Mini v3, GBAtemp Mobile will let you browse the forums, read the news, check the latest releases, subscribe to RSS feeds or even search from our members database...

Needless to say, we will be implementing new features in the future such as being able to post, an improved release list and more. And since typing on a mobile phone isn't always easy, we've allowed no less than 4 ways to access GBAtemp Mobile!

Solid job. Just tested on N95, looks and works great. Very functional too.

You might want to run some benchmark tests on the script as some pages (e.g. top 10 members) load a little too long for a mobile site, but if you are certain the server can handle the load from mobile tempers, it`s all good.

xflash: it was designed for opera mobile v3
you can try it here: http://www.operamini.com/demo/

I think we'll be making an additional & more advanced version for Opera v4, DS opera and other browsers because I've been really limited with opera v3

it barely supports images, html tags, etc.

And now you can finally show threads to your friends without GBAtemp accounts.

We actually unlocked access to the forums for guests a few days ago.

GBATemp on the bus, oh god the phone bills... curse you O2 Pay-as-you-go for not supporting GPRS for internet access! *shakefist*
(edit: actually for the sake of my phone bill maybe that's a good thing...)
(edit2: and it runs just fine in Sony Ericsson's default browser

Anyone get a chance to try this on the PSP yet?
gbatempmobilepspac4.jpg

Seems to load slow sometimes on my PSP even while its loading split-second fast on my laptop.

Gonna try it on my PDA at work tomorrow.

Edit:
One thing that bugs me though is that when you look at a release all you see is: ^^ndsrelease-####^^
Would like to seem more info and the screenshots/box art.

We need one little button to go to the last page of any given thread. Some threads will take forever to get to the last page on this mobile version. For example, the "Post your usrcheat files.." and the "NDSTokyoTrim" threads. They each have over 1000 replies. Advancing through them 10 replies at a time would take eons.

Other than that though, SWEET! Loads very quickly and looks good with the DS Opera browser in SSR mode. Once we can post through it (if ever) and the little "goto end of thread" button gets added, I will likely use this quite often. This definitely got added to my DS Opera favorites.

Me likey!

We had our grandkids over yesterday and I got a small above ground swimming pool I filled for them to play in. Well today I woke to find 3 ducks swimming around in it. Don't mind really but they are annoyingly loud, quack quack. Gotta drain it today. Guess what were having for dinner, lol.
