Getting onto Forum

Is it just me or have there been problems getting onto the forum lately? There have been many times where I have gotten "connection refused from gbatemp.net" or something like that for the last few days. I'd even be suprised if this post makes it up. I pretty sure it's not my computer because I tried to get on at other computers on my campus, and I got the same problems. I'm going crazy or what?
