Ghostwire: Tokyo, the new action-adventure horror game from the team behing the Evil Within series is set to launch on March 25 for PlayStation 5 and PC. Ahead of the game's release, Bethesda has released Ghostwire: Tokyo - Prelude, a short visual novel that takes place six months before the main game. The visual novel chronicles the beginnings of the paranormal activity in Tokyo that has plunged the city into chaos by the time the main game starts. You play as KK, the deuteragonist of Ghostwire: Tokyo, working a missing persons case and stumbling onto "what can only be described as urban legends coming to life." “By having people experience and enjoy the events that occurred before the events in [Ghostwire: Tokyo] through a different genre made by a different team, it could help open up and widen people’s interpretations of the world and universe we’ve created,” says Game Director Kenji Kimura.
