EDIT: I have reinstalled the sx original firmware, but it was asking for the boot.dat file. So I just went for spacecraft 0.2 and it glitches everytime.

I have a patched Erista, so I had to install the modchip. Sometimes, whe I turn on the switch, the latter remains stuck with the black screen, and the led of the chip pulses in green. According to the github page of the firmware, it says that it is waiting for the hwfly toolbox input. It can stay forever in this state. To use the switch, I have to press the power button until it shuts down, and then turn on again until it succesfully glitches. The firmware of the chip is the 0.72.
I have deleted the traing data and make the chip retrain, I have copied again hekate on the sd, but the problem still works. I have autoboot set on the CFW.
What could be the problem?
