2DS XL is brand new with OFW Ver. 11.4.0-37E, seems like it laid in the store for a long time.
I'm hobbyist of electronics, so I plan to do hard mod hack.
Wii U comes with ZombiU and Rayman Legends disks, so I have something to start with.
