This is likely not a scene release (or we would have an NFO). The bulk of dumps tend to be independent of the scene anymore, and a scene release isn't out until much later. The scene is dying though, so that's to be expected.

Those independent releases get around soon enough. Give it a day or two.

Independent releases aren't uncommon.
There are times when an independent release is available days before a "proper" scene release is out.

Darn, I thought it would be out or found by the time morning came. I don't even know why I'm excited, since I haven't liked a harvest moon game since Mineral Town.

Geez, people, we get it. You all liked FoMT/MFoMT. Can we move on? It's kind of tiring to see a thread that should be about the thrill of ToTT being finally released plagued with comments about how nobody cares about the franchise or they only cared about FoMT and hated all the later games.

Just go play FoMT, then, and stop commenting just to flood this with negativity.
