Gaming Has Xbox 360 DLC been cracked?

My stepson traded some games in only yesterday for it it comes in a nice orange DVD style case but instead of the usual circular slot for a dvd its a rectangular business card slot with the points card in it!

It will most likely come out in the future with the second dlc for gta4.

It's stupid. If you are banned, it won't work (you NEED to connect to XBL). If you are not banned, this will pretty much guarantee that you will be.

Once the 360 is hacked as wide open as the Wii, stuff like this will be a piece of cake. Until then, M$ pwns us all. (except for backups!)

i currently have EVERY rockband 2 dlc song, all done by bypassing live and downloading torrents......it has been 7 months since i started, still play on live all the time.

When you purchase the retail version you're given a code that you redeem to be able to download the game off the servers. In my opinion its a risky move because, Microsoft can probably check to see if the download content you're playing was purchased because, the only way to get the game is through them.

On a similar note, I found a selection of 4 XBLA games that came the software for XPort 360.
Did a little looking and it appears that XPort was codejunkies method of backing up and injecting saves into the 360.
Unfortunately, details are vagre when it comes to how to add said XBLA games via the tool, and I don't feel like bricking my 120G hard drive.
Details anyone?

I think if you are busted you are busted, it doesnt matter if its gold or silver since (if its like bans for pirate games) they ban your console not your live account.

gold can play online games, multiplayer ect..., also access to demos early (silver has to wait a week or two...), requires subscription to XBL ($50 a year...)
silver cannot play online, doesnt get early demo access or really anything good, its free though...
