Is it possible to create a backup within hekate to an external storage (usb drive or hdd/pc) or swap out the micro SD while running hekate and use a different sd card?

If you mean a nand backup then yes, it's doable, but only by swapping the micro SD card.

Nvm I found the instruction guide! Actually I can connect to my PC w/ a type C cable and use HDD RAW copy tool to save backup my nand to my computer.
