That's a very accurate error description.

Unfortunately this will not really help us to find the reason for your troubles.

- maybe a driver issue
- maybe a windows issue (which one was the same again ?)
- maybe a security issue

Very difficult.:unsure:

You didn't copy the crack files to the game directory.
If it's not that, it could be anything.

That might be the reason for it to fail like that.

Most likely, when the game froze a system file (from the game), was being written on hard drive, but failed. So the game froze and then you can't start it again because of that.

The best thing you could do is uninstall it, clean all traces of it from your system, restart and reinstall the game again, but not before you backup your profile folder (if it even exists) or your game progress/save files.

how to clean traces of it?

For Registry content, you can use CCleaner after uninstalling it (the freeware would suffice). For folder left overs, you will have to do it manually.

Remember to backup your save games if any and/or your profile folder.

Nothing works, it keeps not loading the game. it stays as an unloaded window.
