Help with an RGH 3 Install

Trinity, Latest Dash, Picoflash, 10k resistor, 0020. I followed MrMarios guide and everything was going perfectly (booted into xell, wrote the nand the way he did it) Then when I removed the pico and put it back together I got the red dot with no image on screen. I redid all my joints and heres some pics, any way to fix?

Check for solder splash around nand points.
Make sure cpu wire isnt shorting to ground.
Try another resistor.

Got it fixed. For anyone wondering,It looks like I flashed the new xebuild nand wrong, so I reloaded xell and it worked, but now I had a new issue. The fan became really loud after some time in xell and the console starts blinking red and eventually shuts off. I added more paste to the heat sink and lo and behold it stopped blinking red and it just needed new paste. I loaded the custom build to a flash drive and flashed it through Xell, and boom, an rgh system. I had a similar problem to this guy here



Moral of the story I guess is that picoflash can be a bit hit or miss when it comes to flashing.

Good you got it working. I've never used a Pico to flash so I wouldn't know. Xflasher, Nand-x and jrp here. I have picos so can make one of those if needed later on. Happy New Year!
