Hardware Helping someone who's having block issues

You know Brodmen M. Data#9852 (thats his discord)? He can't install an ACNL update cuz he only has 123 blocks on his SD. He has deleted numerous GIGS of files and yet he still "has" 123 blocks. What's happening? Gareld is his 2DS' nickname.
Ooh. I can still join the Nintendo Homebrew Discord. Why aren't I band yet?

Copy everything off the SD card, reformat in FAT32 + 32 KB cluster size with Windows File Explorer or guiformat, and full Write + Verify the empty card in H2testw. His card is likely fake or faulty.
