how can I backup my nand or keys from a USB?

Hi!
I recently hacked my Wii, which can no longer read SD cards (even those that are 1GB),
so I installed homebrew with a web exploit, and used my USB to start homebrews,
but the problem is that I don't know how to make a backup of my NAND.bin and/or Keys.bin on a USB key,
because the problem is that I can't install BootMii because the console simply can't read SD cards any more...

So my question is simple :
how can I backup my nand or keys (for dolphin) from a USB?

So I'm coming back to tell you that the first homebrew doesn't work (the one to dump the nand) because I simply can't connect my wiimote but on the other hand the 2nd works but it's not a keys.bin which could work on dolphin (I want to access the Wii Shop with the keys of this console)

U can dump the nand to emunand format using usb loader Gx's features and use rat with dolphin. I don't expect u will be able to access wii shop though

U can use keys.txt to create keys.bin, but I thought xyyzy creates both
