Homebrew How do i check if i have homebrew installed?

so long story short, i got a cfw 3ds form an online store, in the description it says "no need to open fbi" and i didnt really opened fbi cause i can download the games through the default file manager. i knew i had luma installed but i tried to open homebrew it doesnt work, but i dont really want to mess up my 3ds, cause i messed up a while ago downloading godmode9. and i wanted to use the scan qr code feature on the fbi (my internet is slow)

Sadly I don't really get what the issue is. You should not buy pre-modded systems, as you never know what the previous owner did. There really isn't anything to mess up on a 3DS (unless forcing it). Downloading and using GodMode9 is a good idea (create NAND backup).

Are you talking about Homebrew Launcher? What are you trying to do and what happens?
