Do you wanna do your dsiware in system apps? NOTE: The blocks are in your dsi menu. So you cannot install how much you want. You will brick your sd card.

I know that it's possible to edit dsiware to point it to 00030015 and thats the trick im referring to. Is that what you mean?

Yeah, you could do that with a Hex editor.

Low-level “full” formatting your SD card (with a tool like GUIFormat) can help, but this will not get you around the DSi Menu’s block limit. However, replacing the System Menu with TWiLight Menu++ completely removes the limit.
