ROM Hack How do you completely delete any game file/update/log by title ID?

How do you completely delete any game file/update/log?
I don't know what happened, but my Xenoblade starts acting weird. Every stat/number in game is maxed out.
I deleted game using + button and even deleted all my data through settings.
I clean installed the game using tinfoil, but still the game starts with 999,999,999 money and 9999 HP, 999 all stats...
I deleted and reinstalled multiple times with hope of fixing the issues, but no luck.

The game doesn't even let me start without game update and asks me to update. So, I assume the console is keeping my game data/log somewhere. I believe one of those logs/data is corrupted.

Any help will be highly appreciated. Thank you!

Atmosphere is loading cheat engine and somehow loads cheats - from example from Edizon.
Run game by pressing L too. It will block loading cheats and mods.

I guess my system_settings.ini has been modified when I updated my Atmosphere.
I totally forgot about autocheat setting. This totally solved my issue! Thank you so much!!!
