Gaming How do you get the full gold train in Zelda ST?

some parts of the gold train require the regal ring, yet I can't seem to find it anywhere, from what I can recall there was only one and that was given to the guy that builds bridges

I think i just read somewhere you have to get all the Station Stamps, im not sure though, Maybe the ring can be found randomly, but very rare?

I remember somewhere in the game that you could buy "prize tickets" send them in the mail and you might get a regal ring, it depends on what the prizes are for different weeks, it's posted on "boards"

send post card for prizes. its random though. i got a few regal rings from it.

As the other posters said, the prize postcards will sometimes give you a Regal Ring. I've also found one or two of those in random treasure chests across the land, as well, since when you're supposed to get a treasure from a chest it's always randomized.
