How hard would it be to region unlock umd videos?

If it's not that hard I think I might try to tackle it, as I think I'm one of a few people that actually want this functionality. I'm wanting to have a region free way to access them because I have a japan region PSP with USA umd videos. Do y'all think it'd be like cracking DVD encryption or something completely different?

Not sure. Acid snake wanted me to test this, but I have no umd movies. Nice addition though.

I'd care too, but one of the UMD movie I really liked used the Western score than the original.

I'm talking of course about Ong Bak.



Seen it so many times on DVD and never gets repetitive.

My PSP 3001 is non regional. So far I can play Umd's, downloaded psp games/movies from other countries.
