Given the proposed size of the 3DS games, I don't know how useful a flash cart would be seeing as SDHC only goes up to 32GB.

If a flash cart had support for MicroSDXC, I would definitely buy one priced from $50-$80 as long as it was nice quality.

MicroSDXCs don't even exist yet, do they? (If they do, I certainly can't find them.)

They exist, but I also haven't been able to find any.

I paid over $120 for my first GBA flash cart and I never regretted it.
So I'm willing to pay that much for a 3DS flash cart, maybe more if it's exceptionally high quality. Of course, I may have to wait a while just to make sure the flash cart is future-proof from 3DS firmware updates. If that's not guaranteed, then I'd only pay up to the price of one 3DS game, which is $40.

Absolutely nothing. Flashcarts shouldn't even be an option. The goddamn system comes with an SD card slot and a 2GB SD card, use that, like the way the Wii uses it for Homebrew and hacking. It baffles me how anyone can even think it makes sense to have flashcarts when the system has an SD card slot.

Games for this system are said to average 50 USD. Just buying 2 would put you over $100. I say that somewhere between 50-100 would be a reasonable price.

As long as the team provides updates so it wont stop working I would be willing to pay up to $100 usd.
Same here. I wouldn't wanna buy a flashcart only to have it stop working when the team stops updating and when Nintendo implements more complicated AP.

Uhh...$0 if Nintendo opens up a more....easily-achieved indie program.

LIke....$75 for a 3DSware devkit, and then 50% profit from sales?

$10-70, though I'll pretty much be poor again after I buy the 3DS and until I get a job. I might wait a few firmwares after the first flashcart is released, though I'll be fine with my DSTWO on the 3DS until one comes out that has intricate features as this time around I'm in it more for emulation and homebrew than backup playability.

The DSi has been fully hacked via flashcard, that doesn't mean that it can't be hacked by the SD card, there isn't any proof that it can't be done. The only reason why the SD slot has been largely ignored is due to the fact that the DSi is just another DS, it doesn't make sense to create an entire new hacking method for it when you can stick with the current one. Logic get.
