Hacking PS1/2 How much MB storage does FMCB take on a memory card

I plan to use a FMCB card as a memory card as well, so I would like to know.

Also, how to use FMCB as a memory card to save data ? Are there any steps to proceed before using it for games ?

I can't remember the exact amount of space, but it's no bigger than a small to average game save. Same goes for the other apps you'll install on the card.

Once you have fmcb set up you can archive save files to and from usb, so you can move your saves around if you do end up running low on space.

It's obviously advisable to have a separate card for fmcb, but as long as you back up your saves you'll be fine if anything bad happens.
