How do I get videos from Halo: Reach (Theatre Lobby) onto my computer without a HDD cable, memory stick and I only have an offline account is there any way to do it?!

jTAGged 360, or USB stick formatted to a 360 MU.
But I don't think you'll be able to see them.

If you have a video capture card you could just capture them on your PC.
