Hacking how to do with wii korea 3.2u

hi..
i have wii korea with english system menu 3.2u . it already has homebrew, prilloader.
but i dont see bootmii.

i want to update system menu to 4.3 . does it can update ?
i want to install usbloadergx . ?

Use Modmii's wizard, tell it your wii is 3.2U, when asked what system menu version you can choose 4.3, although 4.1 will be recommended

Warning, Upgrading a Korean region changed wii to 4.3 if done improperly carries the risk of brickijg. Modmii's method is safe as long as followed correctly.
