How to get acces to inern game folders , do i need a CFW and which which Computer software can i acces in the inner game folders and add or cut content

you can access the sd card with the movable.sed, I believe, which would require cfw to get. I don't know what you mean by add or cut content, but I think content is indexed, which is the reason it has to be installed. I don't think you can simply cut and paste.
