What is your router DD-WRT firmware version? Are your router in Router but not the AP or Wireles Bridge mode?

Its in Router mode not AP or Wireless Bridge mode

Even if it was working with build 21026 with my dir-615 E4, the other devices with Atgeros might not work properly with that build. The latest build seems to have some fixes. Anyway there are several test which needs to be made to investigate the and fix the issue which I can't automate, just PM me if you wish to have a working script and willing to help other possible users with your hardware. Thus you already used a MAC changing scripts it is 100% possible to make it work with your hardware.

Okay what am I doing wrong here. I can't get any streetpasses even though I seem to have everything set up correctly.
I have a virtual network set up, ssid attwifi. Network name is labeled Wi-Fi.
The 3ds is connected to it and passes the internet connection test.

I am running gateway emunand 6.2...
I dont know what else to try

It sees the nintendo zone, it is connected, the internet is being shared. I am using the MACycle but no matter what I do, I don't get any streetpasses.

Can someone provide some insight?
I would greatly appreciate it

I have tried Windows 8 and Windows 7.
I was able to get everything set up on Windows 8 using your guide before today, but I was trying it this morning after I finally got my emunand updated and I can't even get the 3DS to see the access point when I set it up with Windows 8. (Also, my win8 desktop internet connection stops working correctly, web browser cant open any pages but steam and irc stay connected until I reset my wired adapter). So now I am working off my Win 7 laptop, I had the 3ds recognizing the access point and passing the internet test. I don't think my mac addresses are changing though, when I use both macscript or MAC cycle.

Edit: Updated the routers firmware and that went well. I have tried the script again and got a different output:

after the last factory reset its in AP mode btw

atm its on the mac: 4E:53:50:4F:4F:4C I shall check in and see in a bit if it changes

Using MACycle on Windows 8.1 here, working great... except for one small thing. Each time I change the MAC, the 3DS connects like usual, but picks up no streetpasses. I'm forced to...

If it says under IPv4 "no network access" then what i do is go into properties of your WIRED CONNECTION and under sharing deselect sharing click ok and then go into properties and select sharing again for attwifi.

... do this after each MAC change, even though IPv4 doesn't say "no network access". Is this normal, or is there a way I can fix it?

and check the output for hosted network support. If yes, just follow the guide linked in the very first post of this thread.

First of all, remove clear custom script section, disable cron and reboot
Then connect with telnet and run

/tmp/nzone BASE256
wc -l /tmp/nzone.macs
grep x /tmp/nzone.macs
ifconfig `nvram get wl0_ifname`

edit:

I ran the install script via telnet and one thing I notice when I run your script... my wireless always turns off

so I have to manually re-enable it but again stuck on the same mac address
