Hardware How to I dump a Wii game without using a wii

I'm sorry if this topic doesn't belong in here but I didn't kno where else to put it

Okay, the thing is my wii's lazer doesn't work anymore, so I used to dump the games straight from the PC to the Hard Drive
there was this application that would recognize the game and dump it to the hard dive with just a few clicks but my little brother formatted his computer and now I have no idea what the name of the aplication was or if there is an easy alternative way to do it, Please I need help!

They don't make drives that can read them anymore. I suggest a Lens Cleaning Kit, and replacing the drive if that doesn't work. You could also download the games, but keep in mind it is illegal to do so if you haven't paid for them.

I dont know how it works in the states, but here its illegal even if you own the game... Fucking goverment >_>
Youre not even allowed to make your own backups (not that anyone cares, but theoratically you could get busted for it)
