I tried running Animal Crossing Clock on Twilight Menu for DSi, and it doesn't want to save the settings.

If I installed Animal Crossing Clock on DSi from a TIA file, maybe it would save the settings.

So how to install TIA files?

Those are an outdated way of installing DSiWare, so it would be better to just launch it as a .nds file.
Make sure nds-bootstrap is set as the DSiWare booter in TWLMenu++ Settings.

If you still can't save, then delete the .pub and/or .pub file, so TWLMenu++ will properly re-create the file.

Set as nds-bootstrap, under the Games and Apps settings, and STILL won't save. Even after deleting the .pub file.

Is there a way that I can have both Twilight Menu AND HiyaCFW?
You can. It's simple as having them both installed.
If hiyaCFW is already installed, make Unlaunch start hiyaCFW on boot instead of TWLMenu++. If that still autostarts TWLMenu++ go into TWLMenu++ Settings, and change the default launcher option.

New problem. Every time I launch Twilight Menu, it auto-boots TFMH.
And Animal Crossing Clock STILL won't save.

You know what? Forget it. I'll just use Animal Crossing Clock on my 2DS as a clock. At least that saves my settings.

Thank you for trying to help me, anyway, @Robz8 .

Are you sure it's "TWiLight Menu++" you're launching, and not "TWiLight Menu++: Last-run ROM"?
If so, then the only way to start the last-run ROM is to hold B, as the last-run ROM autostart feature got removed.

If it still auto-starts TMFH, then delete "softResetParams.bin" at "sd:/_nds/nds-bootstrap".
Next TWLMenu++ will only check the file if the last-run ROM is a DS game.
