These are selling for pretty cheap and I heard they only cost $1 for them to make them, so it wouldn't cost me a lot to make them. I am curious on how to make them, for myself of course. I don't mean the colored cases or stickers either, I mean how would I get the circuit boards and put the rom file onto them?

Please help! I don't care about costs either, just an answer! :)

The only reason it costs $1 is because they're mass produced. You'll most likely have to buy special equipments to flash and assemble them, and the parts are only cheap when ordered in large quantities.
