And is there no other way to remove Unlaunch? Maybe re-initializing the DSi? Or attempting to perform a system update?Yes, it does.

Initialising would likely do nothing. And is there no other way to remove Unlaunch? Maybe re-initializing the DSi? Or attempting to perform a system update?
I think I'd rather wait until a "stable" method of uninstalling Unlaunch comes outYou could ask on a place like the NDSi Brew Discord.

Thanks anyway
Good thing i just restored a clean nand backup from fwtool 1.6. Thats how i uninstalled unlaunchIf you followed dsi.cfw.guide you have no hope. : ( I really feel bad for you, and the people who own the site REFUSE to make a PROPER NAND backup.... Restoring the one from FWTool 2.0 will brick... I will make my own guide soon......
I'm pretty sure it's twlnf... That may be possible, but who here would be willing to test this? And where would you get the required stock launcher tmd files?Just thought, could you not use twlnf (or twltool, cant remember which one) to flash a stock launcher tmd to the system, uninstalling unlaunch in the process?
So, did you just restore the NAND backup from before your console was CFW-ed? Is that it?Good thing i just restored a clean nand backup from fwtool 1.6. Thats how i uninstalled unlaunch
Lol yeah... Unlaunch was being annoying so I restored my clean nandI'm pretty sure it's twlnf... That may be possible, but who here would be willing to test this? And where would you get the required stock launcher tmd files?

It's from whatever version of fwtool you backed it up from
Is there a way to tell if the backup is 1.6 or 2.0? this is what i have
Open the nand in a hex editor, then scroll to the bottom and upload a screenie

Do NOT restore the first one, it has a no$gba header.here you go first is nand.dsi.bin, Second is nand_dsi.bin
Thats a no$gba header, restoring it will brick.
So, I've got to wait for an official way to uninstall...Thats a no$gba header, restoring it will brick.
In that case, you could decrypt the dump, mount it, then manually replace the launcher tmd, encrypt it again then flash.Just restored the bottom one, but it still shows unlaunch at boot up
