Hacking How to update to OFW 3.65 and change account?

I noticed that the option to hack a vita is now more accessible. My handheld is at 3.63 amd I received a message after turning it on without my memory card that "3.65 had been downloaded". I cancelled it and now I'm trying to figure how to get to the right firmware before trying to go any further.

Been out of these forums for too long, i remember squat about these things. I also want to change my account on the vita, is it easier to change it before or after the installed CFW?

It was 3.65, but I cancelled anyway. Also managed to go through, now the only thing left is to learn the basics of how enso works. Things like "how can I play the games I actually purchased in another account, since I changed my psn account in the vita just to be sure?"
