Gaming ROM Hack Others I cant launch The legend of zelda Skyward Sword

my switch is jailbroken with a homebrew and both through tinfoil and from roms sites that i won't name i tried to download TOZ Skyward Sword and once i start the game in both cases it gives me an error. On one of the rom sites I read FW (I don't remember which version but still not my system version) while on tinfoil there is nothing written. However I assume the problem is in my version it fixes so my question is
Can I fix this problem? Without changing system version with a downgrade
