I Need Help Cleaning My Windows 7

I have 7 Windows, and they need cleaning.

Would you suggest that I use Windex with Standard Windex's Amonia Scent, 409 Glass Cleaner with Lavender Scent, or Norton 360 Multi-surface Cleaner with Lemony Fresh Scent.

1 - Look at the task manager's processes section.

2 - Google what shit that's using CPU is.

3 - Disable it on msconfig's startup section or uninstall it, or update it.

Recuva
Defraggler
Speccy

make sure that the ccleaner look like this befor you clean

They're not Global Moderators like Toni, Costello, etc. Moderators only manage specific forums given to them
