First of all, you should report issues to a particular program in it's specified thread to make things easier. Secondly.....
What cia file are you trying to install?
Where did you aquire it? (If it's a piracy site just say "piracy site")
Is your 3ds running b9s?
Are you launching through the cia or 3dsx?

Are you trying to install a n3ds game on a o3ds?

yes sorry at the time i posted this i didn't know shit about fbi i relied on this forum and youtube tutorials i was trying to install minecraft which is a n3ds game and i was trying it on 2ds thanks anyways
