yes if it's original
fpkg is not in Italian

I'm not sure where the game gets its info. it could be from the idps, because I've seen several where changing the region made no difference.

The languages available to you will be dependent on the region in which you purchase the game. Not all languages will be available on every game SKU. Basically you would need a different SKU. No way to do this unless someone releases it from that region.

The game has at least 3 different areas editions, each one carrying only 3 or 4 different voice actings (just like the witcher 3 or AC valhalla, for example). You will have to wait for someone to make a fpkg from the edtion containing italian dubbings.
