Hardware I'm looking to buy a vita devkit and/or testkit

Hi,

I'm looking to buy a vita devkit and/or testkit. If someone want to sell please PM me. If you know where I can buy it (other than being a developer) please tell me.
I found few posts around people buying it from ebay, but I can't find a single entry for that right now on ebay.

Oh my God, that's a pretty long journey I kind of understand why this is necessary, but might not be feasible for me.

It is for spam purpose, I assume the administrator of the site want users posting to be regular users, not new comer, as for dev kit , it might not be worth tracking down one, as you need license to run pkg on it, as most of them has no license, was only useful for hacker wanting to hack it.

My main purpose is to install and run pkg files I built to test it.
I tried the installer below. It worked fine and I could install the pkg from content manager but when I ran the app it always hang up with exception with error code C2-12828-1
