you DON'T NEED TO CREATE you just download the file on the OP and extract to the root of your SD.

It's been a while since I updated my switch so let me get clear. I just need to download the file, extract it and it'll be done? I'm assuming it has the latest AMS & Hekate, but does it also support fw 17.0.0 so that I can just install the fw with daybreak right after?

yep, extract to the root of sd card, replace all files and you are ok.

I made a mistake I accidentally set autoboot to stock and now I don't know how to get back into hekate.

I tried to access Hekate by pressing VOL -, but it didn't work and when I try to use "restart to hekate" it said it can't access hekate.bin, this is after I fix the autoboot and install fw 17.0.0
