Hi, I bought pokemon crystal on my 3ds and I'd like to play it on pc emulator as well, but I felt like it would be cool to benefit from the patches such as the celebi one
i noticed that most patches were applied on the fly as .patch files so they aren't directly in the rom, would it be possible to integrate them to the rom or emulate it with the patches ?
