Is it possible to put homebrewed apps onto the Wii U sysNAND or HBC?

NOTICE: I'm an idiot and thought that HBC was hbl but loaded to NAND, completely forgetting the fact that hbc is what they called the homebrew channel on the Wii.

Not much else to say other than that. I've always wondered if this was possible or not to eliminate the need for an SD card completely.

To clarify what I mean, I'm talking about removing the need for an SD card entirely and launching the homebrew apps from inside of the sysNAND without the use of forwarders because (correct me if I'm wrong) you still need the SD card in order to use them.

And that's about it

Might have interpreted this wrong, but you're saying that HBL works via NAND? Isn't hbl the same thing as hbc, but it's not a channel?

Also, how can you tell which ones can/can't work? Is it something that you can put to NAND via GX2 or something?
