I want to upload a game to a used or empty cartridge. Is it possible? So we can duplicate the games or we don't need cfw anymore.

Idk if your new to switch homebrewing, but its not that its impossible, its that
1 your not going to be able to run it without custom firmware
2 no custom firmware supports xci loading other than team xecuter
3 no cfw supports xci loading directly from the cartridge slot
4 nintendo can update the slot with firmware

Legally it's impossible. Cartridges are read only, once written cannot be rewritten. To write empty cartridge you need to make empty cartridge, hardware and tool to write to it and additionally figure out how to sign image so Switch will recognize it and it will pass checks. This is possibke only by stealing from Nintendo.

If you want to go by what is legally possible, pirating games isn’t lol. So his entire question becomes pretty irrelevant .
